About Jenney

I work as a product design lead by day, helping companies reduce their carbon emissions. I produce small batches of handmade ceramics in my spare time. I'm from Vancouver, Canada, but Stockholm, Sweden is my home now 🧡 – along with my partner Oliver and our baby Shiba Inu, Lando 🐶. What I love about ceramics is that it teaches me patience and resilience, and allows me to create something tangible and physical, a contrast to my job of working in the digital world. Delivery and returns

Shipping

All items are well packed (using sustainable materials as much as possible) and shipped using PostNord (Sweden's national postal provider).

Pick up

If you live in Stockholm, you can also arrange to pickup for free (Kungsholmen or Medborgarplatsen). This will help to save on the cost of shipping and reduce impact on the environment.

Returns

I don't offer returns, unfortunately. I am a one-person hobby business, and I don't make much money from my products (most go back towards studio and material costs).
